On April 10th, 2024 our supervisory board, Mr. Andreas König, said farewell. Mr. König has been a member of the supervisory board since the beginning of 2018.
Mr. König is the former CFO of Basalt AG and recently moved within the group to the board of the Werhahn Group, where he also heads the finance department. Due to his new position, he is no longer able to maintain further mandates.
The Werhahn Group is one of the largest and best-known family companies in Germany. It employs more than 10,000 people and covers the areas of building materials, consumer goods and financial services.
The new supervisory board is expected to be constituted in August.
